Happy birthday. When things settle down a bit, let's celebrate properly with some cake at a cafe. Until then, I hope you are well and that you have a good day today.
[ Tsumugi, you don't need wings or be in your role as Michael to be an angel. Rest assured, Juza doesn't place so much meaning on the flowers themselves as the present they are. Even more importantly: the cookies. No one's there to witness his smile, then again, his look into the box 's more like threatening stare of a serial killer cookie monster.
He won't pass up the invitation either, rest assured.

( thankfully, Juza's love of sweet things makes finding potential presents easy. much like with Taichi, she fashions a basket of snacks, but this time with nothing but sweets. but she doesn't leave it at that. she also finds a book on acting techniques. it could have been a gift for Tsumugi, but she thinks of Juza's own desire to act, to get better, and she thinks it'll find a better home with him than the theatre junkie who probably has most of them memorised.
she tops it all off with a card which says: thank you for all your dedication.)
[ Not like there's ever reason for him to forget Izumi's kindness... but Juza is reminded even without doing so. He pretty much cradles the basket of sweets to read the card without taking it out. Nothing else needed to light up his eyes like so, and he's already thinking about a very near future where he sits on the couch and about takes out all those in a single sitting.
That is, there's plenty of reason to think that's what he's thinking, though before Juza can advance toward that future he's actually studying the cover of the book. He's not as big a reader as some of the other Mankai(-ka) boys, but suddenly his evening looks like it'll be spent on reading, the sweets only to accompany the tips and techniques assembled in those chapters.
Or...... he stops his advance towards, thinking he should drum up Taichi's company and they go over to Izumi's place, first. Totally forgot about Christmas... ]
( thankfully, Izumi's love of cute stationery means cute planners and dates circled with reminders. which means a whole load of people get a whole load of gifts, but she's extra careful in selecting things for her boys. unfortunately, there's not a DVD version of the book she found, otherwise she would have bought that.
well, she's pretty sure Juza will like it anyway.
but once all her gifts are delivered, she's heading back home for some lunch, which would be an opportune time to run into her as she passes through Taichi and Juza's floor. )
[Hikaru has no idea what Juza is up to. Maybe he went to the party, maybe he didn't. Maybe he is also a dog!! Hikaru doesn't know but on the chance that Juza is going to hear something (more than he already hears) then Hikaru is protecting himself because he doesn't want Juza to think he likes certain things.]

[ A party means catering... And Hikaru's message means confusion. He's all too happy to take it for what it's worth; if it isn't a sex thing Juza won't let himself think it's a sex thing. ]
